Duties
- To handle all internal and external calls in a courteous and professional manner, providing accurate information
- To accuratelly handle wake up calls as requested
- To accept and relay messages of hotel guests, visitors, outside callers and staff
Requirements
- Hotel Management Degree
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English
- Second language required
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Good telephone manner
