TELEPHONE OPERATOR

Duties         

• To handle all internal and external calls in a courteous and professional manner, providing accurate information
• To accuratelly handle wake up calls as requested
• To accept and relay messages of hotel guests, visitors, outside callers and staff

Requirements          

• Hotel Management Degree
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Fluency in English
• Second language required
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Good telephone manner
