On Holy Saturday 04/05 enjoy a wide range of delicacies prepared for you by executive chef, Stefanos Papanikolaou at our rooftop restaurant whilst watching the "Holy light“ descending from the picturesque church of St. George at the peak of the Lycabettus hill and the spectacular firework display that illuminates the entire sky, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

Join us to celebrate Clean Monday on March 18th at La Suite Lounge & Le Grand Balcon restaurant on the 6th floor where our executive chef, Stefanos Papanakolaou has prepared a gourmet buffet full of traditional Greek delicacies and seafood specialties. Out on the balcony enjoy watching the multicolored kites fly high over the Lycabettus hill and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Acropolis and the city all the way to the Saronic islands.

Executive chef, Stefanos Papanikolaou has created two brand new mouthwatering menus for the Spring season. The Greek Aromatic Cuisine menu is based on local Greek produce and fresh aromatic herbs handpicked from the "Chef's garden" whereas the Gold Degustation Menu celebrates the hotels' 50th anniversary.
Both menus will be served daily at La Suite Lounge rooftop restaurant recently awarded as 'Best view in Europe!"

9th Lycabettus Run
The 9th Lycabettus Run is just around the corner! Get ready for the most popular running event of the year!
The awarded race under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organisation.offers amateur and professional runners the opportunity to test their skills on particular routes and enjoy the experience of hiking in the heart of Athens, through the paths of Lycabettus Hill.
All participants will receive a certificate & a medal and don't forget to stick around after the race and get an opportunity to win a wide range of gifts (gym memberships, running shoes, massages, spa treatments) etc.
As every previous year part of the proceeds will be donated to children’s charity.

A Taste of France
To celebrate its 50-year operation and close ties with France, St. George Lycabettus has organised a gastronomic journey from Paris to Athens.
We're delighted to welcome Chef, Dina Nikolaou from the Parisian restaurant "Evi Evane" who in collaboration with our Executive Chef, Stefanos Papanikolaou, aim to craft an exquisite Paris-Athens culinary experience.
On Sunday 18 February at the Paris-Athènes buffet brunch you can enjoy classic French delicacies such as croissants with sour cherry cream, croque madame with goat cheese and poached egg, tartine with grilled vegetables and camembert, chicken terrine with hazelnuts, tarte tatin with crème anglaise, verrine mille feuille and more...
On Thursday, February 22, you can expect an exquisite dinner of Greek-French fusion cuisine "a quatre mains" with the breathtaking views of Acropolis and the city of Athens all the way down to the Saronic Islands.

Each year the St.George Lycabettus Lifestyle Hotel highlights new trends and ideas in gastronomy, mainly giving emphasis on health and wellness.
But this year we also focus on longevity and have introduced the Blue Zone Project to our our Sunday Brunch.
Blue zones are regions in the world where people are claimed to live, or to have recently lived, longer than average. The concept of blue zones resulted from demographic work done by Gianni Pes and Michel Poulain, published in 2004.
The five suggested blue zones of the world are: Okinawa, Japan; Nuoro Province, Sardinia, Italy; the Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica; Icaria, Greece; and Loma Linda, California.
Inhabitants of these blue zones are said to make healthier, conscious nutrition choices and live by the motto Live longer & better!
